About Amanda
Amanda has called Maui home for more than twenty two years and brings a deep local understanding to her work in real estate. At age twenty she packed her bags, boarded a one way flight to the islands, and never looked back. Long before her parents, Roger and Lisa Pleski, made the move to Maui, Amanda had already fallen in love with the culture, the coastline, and the community that would eventually become her home.
After settling on the island, Amanda attended the University of Hawai‘i and began her early career working with youth in foster care and juvenile probation programs. This work helped shape her patient, steady, and highly empathetic communication style, traits that continue to define how she supports clients today. Her natural ability to connect with people and navigate complex situations became a foundation for her future in real estate.
Two and a half years after Amanda arrived, Roger and Lisa followed her to Maui. The moment they did, she began helping them grow their real estate business, bringing her background in graphic design, marketing, and creative strategy to their early marketing efforts. Her skill set quickly expanded, and she soon stepped into a leadership role managing the Coldwell Banker Wailea office for three years before transitioning into full time real estate.
Amanda has been a full time Realtor on Maui since 2008, specializing in helping clients navigate the unique housing opportunities across communities such as Wailea, Kihei, Makena, and the wider network of South Maui neighborhoods. Her graphic design background gives her a distinct advantage when preparing listings, creating visual marketing, and presenting properties in a way that stands out in a competitive market. Outside of real estate, Amanda enjoys many of the outdoor experiences that make island living so fulfilling. She loves golfing some of the island's best courses here on Maui, hiking, and spending time with her dog, Luna, exploring beaches and upcountry trails. She has also volunteered her time on the board of Montessori Hale O‘Keiki and served as the Regional South Maui Director for the Realtors Association of Maui in 2024, continuing her dedication to community involvement and professional leadership.
